Merging

The order you expected is the Polish alphabet

In the Polish alphabet ą follows a and ł follows l. A file system usually sorts by character code instead, which puts every accented letter somewhere else entirely.

Merge your filesThe result is one PDF

So “łącznik” and “lista” do not land where a Polish reader expects, and a bundle assembled from named parts comes out in an order nobody chose. The document looks finished and the sequence is wrong.

Make the order explicit

Start every name with a number — 1-umowa, 2-zalacznik, 3-podpis. Numbers sort the same way in every system and in every language, and the question disappears.

Avoid accents in file names for this

Not for correctness but for predictability: a name without ł or ż sorts identically wherever you open the folder, including on a colleague's machine with different settings.

What merging does not change

Pages go in as they were, at their own size and orientation. A landscape scan stays landscape in the middle of a portrait bundle.

Facts about this tool

  • Merges, splits, rotates and reorders pages, and deletes or extracts the ones you pick
  • Runs the page tools entirely in your browser: those files are never uploaded
  • Takes files up to 100 MB and up to 50 files in one task

Merging runs in the browser: the files never leave your device, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is deleted an hour later.

The commercial side

  • Let you download the result without a subscription — running the tool is open to everyone, the download is not
  • Offer a free plan — there is an intro week, then the monthly or annual price
